Bookings

All bookings depend on vehicle and chauffeur availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from SSM Chauffeurs.

Prices and Payment

The final price will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Extra waiting time, additional stops, parking, tolls, or itinerary changes may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions will be explained when your booking is confirmed. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your journey.

Passenger Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, flight, passenger, and luggage information. Passengers must behave respectfully and follow all applicable UAE laws and safety requirements.

Vehicles

We will make every effort to provide the selected vehicle. If it becomes unavailable, we may provide another luxury vehicle of a similar standard and capacity.

Delays

Journey times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
